We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are packed and posted on the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after our daily shipping cutoff may be sent the following business day.
Shipping Method
To keep costs low for our customers, all orders are sent via standard untracked shipping.
As untracked shipping does not provide tracking updates, we are unable to monitor the progress of parcels once they have been lodged with the postal service.
Proof of Postage
For every order, we take a clear photograph of the packaged parcel before it is sent. This serves as proof that the order was packed and dispatched.
If required, we may provide this photograph to confirm that your order was shipped.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive sooner, however delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on your location and postal network demand.
Please allow the full delivery timeframe before contacting us regarding a missing parcel.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the postal service.
By selecting our standard untracked shipping option, customers acknowledge that GUMDROPS™ cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen after dispatch.
The risk associated with untracked shipping is accepted by the buyer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. GUMDROPS™ is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly supplied addresses.
