Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is significantly damaged in transit or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number.

We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier networks, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
